Which area do you cover?

The whole Valencian Community: the provinces of Valencia, Alicante and Castellón. We are based in Alboraya (Valencia).

Can you deal with us in English?

Yes. Enquiries, quotes, handover and training can be in English. Contracts and statutory documents are issued in Spanish.

Do you take on small jobs, such as a single door?

Yes. A system can start with one door and grow later if an expandable networked product is chosen. Read the guide.

How much does access control cost?

It depends on the number of doors, the type of lock, cabling, the credential and the software. We do not publish fixed prices; we provide a quote itemised per door. Read the guide.

Do you visit before quoting?

For more than one or two doors, turnstiles or barriers, yes: we need to see doors, floors, electrical boards and network to propose equipment sensibly. Read the guide.

Can you install fingerprint clocking?

Technically yes, but since the Spanish data protection authority's November 2023 guide it is high-risk processing that is very hard to justify. By default we propose card, phone or PIN. Read the guide.

Does Spanish law require digital time records?

As of the last review of this page (October 2026) we are not aware of any published rule requiring it. What is mandatory is a daily, reliable record. Read the guide.

What happens to turnstiles in a fire?

The design must leave the passage free: drop arms or automatic opening on the alarm signal and on power loss, or a separate emergency exit. Read the guide.

Can existing doors or equipment be reused?

Often yes. We check during the survey: door type, lock, garage automation or existing terminals. Read the guide.

Which brands do you work with?

Equipment from UniFi, ZKTeco, Safire, Hikvision, Yale, Nivian, Fermax, Anviz. We choose to suit the project.
