Access control for businesses in the Valencia region

Decide who gets in, through which door and at what time, and stop relying on keys that get copied and never returned. We design, install and set up the system in offices, warehouses, shops and buildings — and we can deal with you in English.

The problem it solves

With metal keys you never know how many copies exist or who came in last night, and every leaver means changing cylinders. Access control replaces the key with a personal credential (card, phone, PIN or, where justified, biometrics) that is issued and revoked in seconds and leaves a record of every entry.

Who it is for

  • Offices that want to separate public areas, work areas and plant rooms.
  • Warehouses and logistics sites with shifts, contractors and delivery drivers.
  • Clinics, schools and shops with rotating staff or out-of-hours access.
  • Buildings and residential communities that want to retire front-door and shared-area keys.

What the service includes

  1. Door survey: door type, existing lock, whether it is an emergency exit, and where power and network can be taken from.
  2. Written proposal listing the equipment, the recommended credential and what is excluded.
  3. Installation of readers, controllers, electric locks and cabling.
  4. Set-up of users, groups, schedules and alerts, plus training for whoever will manage it.

Decisions worth getting right from the start

  • The credential. Card, phone, PIN and biometrics differ in cost and security: see which credential to choose.
  • Where the system lives. Cloud or on-premise changes the subscription, the upkeep and what happens when the internet drops.
  • Escape routes. A controlled door that is also an emergency exit must always open from the inside. See access control and evacuation.
  • Personal data. An access log is personal data processing under the GDPR: people must be informed and retention limits set (data protection guide).

What drives the price

We do not publish a price list because two doors rarely cost the same. The main factors are the number of doors, the lock each door can take, cable runs, the credential chosen and whether the software is on-premise or subscription-based. We break it down in what access control costs.

Services that often go together

If you also need to manage the flow of people through a lobby, look at turnstiles and speed gates. If your goal is to comply with Spain's time-recording rules, the service you want is time and attendance.

How we work

  1. You tell us about your case by phone, email or the form.
  2. We survey the site: doors, entrances, electrical boards and network.
  3. We deliver a written, itemised proposal.
  4. We install, configure and train whoever manages it.
  5. We hand over documentation and administrator credentials.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep my existing doors and locks?

Often yes: an electric strike, a maglock or a motorised lock is added to the existing door. It depends on the door and on whether it is an emergency exit; we check during the survey.

What happens in a power or internet outage?

Controllers store permissions and keep making decisions offline; with a battery-backed power supply, doors keep working during the outage. Which doors stay locked or unlocked without power is decided door by door in the design.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Quotes, documentation hand-over and training can be done in English. Equipment manuals are provided in the languages supplied by each manufacturer.
