Access control for hotels and holiday lets
Rooms, shared areas and staff areas under one system: each guest gets in only where they should and only during their stay, and each employee only where they work.

The problem it solves
Keys and old magnetic cards get lost, wipe themselves and never tell you who entered a room. In a holiday let they also mean meeting every guest in person. An electronic lock with a temporary credential ends key handovers, expires by itself at check-out and leaves an opening log that helps with any incident.
Who it is for
- Hotels and hostels replacing locks or wanting mobile keys.
- Holiday rentals that need self check-in without a reception (how to approach it).
- Residences and long-stay accommodation with restricted shared areas.
- Owners based abroad who manage a property in the Valencia region remotely.
What the service includes
- Choosing the type of lock: RFID card, code, phone; standalone or connected. Compared in electronic hotel locks.
- Checking the doors: thickness, handing, mortice type, and whether they are fire doors, so their certification is not voided.
- Installation of locks, shared-area readers, lifts and staff entrances.
- Commissioning the software and, where the manufacturer allows it, connecting it to your property management system (PMS).
- Training for reception, housekeeping and maintenance.
What we always check
- Fire doors. A lock not approved for that door can invalidate its fire rating.
- Free egress. It must always be possible to leave a room from the inside without a credential.
- Batteries and alerts. Standalone locks run on batteries: you need to know when to change them (maintenance).
- Guest registration. Self check-in does not replace the guest identification required in Spain by Royal Decree 933/2021.
What drives the price
The number of doors, the type of lock (standalone or online in real time), the adaptation each door needs, and software licences and integrations.
How we work
- You tell us about your case by phone, email or the form.
- We survey the site: doors, entrances, electrical boards and network.
- We deliver a written, itemised proposal.
- We install, configure and train whoever manages it.
- We hand over documentation and administrator credentials.
Frequently asked questions
Can I let a guest in without being there?
Yes, with code or mobile locks: you send a credential valid only for the booking dates. You must still identify travellers and report their details as Spanish accommodation rules require.
Do the doors need replacing?
Usually not. Most electronic locks fit existing doors, but dimensions, handing and — on fire doors — compatibility with the door certification must be checked.
What if the batteries die with a guest inside?
From the inside the door always opens mechanically. From the outside, manufacturers provide emergency opening (external power or a mechanical key) and low-battery warnings well in advance.
